Upcycled Sweater Wreath

We had a fun crafty night last night. We created wreaths using old sweaters. Everyone brought a couple so we could bits of each others sweaters. Here is mine. I just love it. I mixed in some beige sweater and old doillies to give it some character. I also glued in some snowflake earrings for some bling. Everyone made a beautiful wreath. I failed to take pictures as I should have done. The down side was I have serious burns that are now blistering on two of my fingers (making the typing a bit tough) from my high temp glue gun.

The bottom picture shows a closer shot of the flower detail.

I am sure you will think twice about throwing out those old sweaters now.
