Thanks to all of you who came out to the Domino Art Pendant classes at the Bead Bug last week. We had a blast and everyone made such unique and beautiful pendants. They were all wonderful! Here are some photos of the pendants they made. There will be more photos coming in the next day or two. We are also going to have two more classes in January one for the kids on Martin Luther King Day. See the Beadbug website for more info.

Dominoes make such a perfect little canvas to work on. I just got this butterfly stamp and have been having fun using just portions of it on these pins and pendants. I colored these with brush makers and they spray sealed them. I am not sure if my color combos are "real" butterfly colors, but I like them anyway.

Here is the holiday special I am offering on Etsy this month. This cute little Santa domino pin is buy one get one free in my etsy store. It is stamped in black and and hand colored. It makes a cute inexpensive handmade gift for all of those teachers and helpers you want to get a little something for. You can get them here.

My girl had her surgery on Friday and seems to be doing pretty well. I told her she had to go to rehab and she said, "NO, NO, NO" (hee hee couldn't resist). The worst part of this by far is when she has to wear her plastic cone around her head. She is totally freaked out by it and afraid to move at all. She won't even put her head down. I hope she gets used to it real soon, b/c I need some sleep at night.

I have been cranking out these little canvases lately. It is so much fun to work on these with the ipod cranked up. It seems they almost make themselves sometimes. I think my favorite is this last one titled, "Grow." It has really bright colors and then the little bit of bling on the pot is my favorite.
