chipolte Chicken Salad Yum!

I just made this salad for dinner. It is very yummy. I couldn't believe I had all of the ingredients on hand. The dressing is good, but a little thick for me. Next time I would thin it out a bit w/ maybe some of the juice from green olives(my favorite).
