Happy Easter to all

I hope you are having a beautiful day to celebrate Easter wherever you are at. It could not be a pretty day here in Georgia. The sun is shining and there is the softest breeze making it the perfect temperature. My kids are getting pretty grown up, but were still excited to get their Easter goodies. I overdid it a bit on chocolate, wait you can never over do it on chocolate can you. All good everyone is happy.
Peace to all of you.

Lakewood Antique Market next Weekend

I have been busy creating new items for Lakewood this weekend and my Queen of hearts booth. It keeps me out of trouble so it's a good thing. I have been loving on the steampunk theme, here are some new necklaces and pendants that will be for sale soon. I used Little Windows resin to make these. If you have not heard of Little Windows check it out here. Fran has a great product and site. Her blog features some really fun projects to make using her resin.

Copper handstamped hearts

These little hearts are so sweet and I love the copper color. I have used these alone and with other charms on a necklace to create a theme. I cut these hearts from a sheet of copper, hand stamped them with various inspiring words, then domed them w/ my dappling set. I kind of got carried away and made a ton of them. I am destashing my supply and listing them on etsy. You can check them out in my etsy store www.alphaneenee.etsy.com

A windy day in Woodstock Ga

The Soul Sisters are participating in an outdoor market this weekend in Woodstock Ga. We saw there was a wind advisory, but how back could it be. Well, I am happy I wasnt there for the crash. Two heavy antique doors were taken with the wind and took out some of the display behind the booth. I am soo glad I was not there for it. I am an extremely nervous person when it comes to displays, throw in the wind and I am beside myself. People who do outdoor fairs are very brave indeed, I dont think I am one of them. Tomorrow it is supposed to be calm, sunny and around 71 degrees a great day to come out and shop.
