But the picture of your girl (a golden, I'm assuming) grabbed me -- we have one as well. I hope the surgical recovery goes smoothly. Annie had to wear a collar once and we trimmed it down -- left just enough that she couldn't get to where she wasn't supposed to go but eliminated enough that she no longer freaked and could get through doorways!
